Meet our Founder
Sharon Brokenbough has over 30 years of experience in finance, operations, human capital, business process improvement, talent management, and executive coaching. She has held C-Suite roles to include CFO, COO & CHRO.
Sharon is an alumna of the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied Non-Profit Administration along with Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Finance and is industry certified as both a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and an ICF Certified Professional Coach (PCC). She obtained her certification in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University.
Her undergraduate work was completed in Accounting and Business. She is also an adjunct professor in the Organizational Leadership discipline, including Human Resource Management and Human Relations in Administration course facilitation. Sharon is a doctoral candidate completing her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a concentration in Leadership.
