About the Founder

Sharon Brokenbough has more than 30 years of expertise in operations, finance/accounting, and human resources. She has served as a Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Human Resource Director, and Executive Coach, allowing her to see the pitfalls organizations face when human resources functions and management strategies fail. Sharon’s office has been a safe place to receive counsel and support throughout her career. These countless conversations and a desire to support organizations and professionals without the limitations of corporate bureaucracy led to the launch of ROS (Realizing Opportunities for Success) Professional Partners in 2014.

In addition to serving as Chief Executive Officer of ROS, she is the President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Philadelphia Chapter Sharon is also a university instructor, speaker, author, and holds credentials including the PCC, PHR, and SHRM-CP. She is a candidate for her Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Psychology.

Sharon is married with adult children, a proud Navy Mom, and an ordained Deacon.
