Who We Are

ROS is a woman and minority owned Executive Coaching & Consulting practice based in Delaware County, PA that has supported, motivated and coached leaders and organizations in various industries since its inception in 2014.  We focus on providing support for existing and emerging leaders to realize new possibilities and increase their overall positive contribution to their organization. We accomplish this by serving as a partner to help gain awareness, clarify goals, achieve development objectives and unlock their full potential.

ROS also facilitates, educates and analyzes organizations in the field of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).  Through this work ROS works with organizations to achieve their DE&I goals through evidence-based research, focus groups, training, coaching and consulting.

About our Founder

Sharon Brokenbough, mostly known as ‘Coach Sharon’ is a University Instructor, Speaker, Author, Wife and Mother. Prior to starting ROS as a private practice in 2014, she worked in Corporate America for well over 25 years, holding titles such as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Human Resource Director. Throughout her career, she always found herself to be that ‘safe office’ where individuals from all levels of the organization would come to discuss their challenges, goals, and even their fears in search for support on how to successfully move forward. They found value in how she supported them and how she under all circumstances held their confidence. Little did she know that it would lead to a full time practice one day!

Sharon specializes in working with high achieving individuals who want more for their professional careers and those who may be currently experiencing challenges in the workplace. That could be someone who feels stagnant in their professional journey or the person who for whatever reason needs a little support in getting things back on a positive track so they can continue to be an asset to their current or future organization.

Why?

With her many years in Corporate America having to climb the corporate ladder one rung at a time just like most people lends to her clients benefit in understanding firsthand the challenges and demanding expectations her clients face on a daily basis. She has been that employee who wanted more for her career and had to come up with a strategy and go get it. She has been the person who has been treated poorly by her boss, she’s even had the growing pains that many face on their own personal leadership journey. Most importantly, Sharon realizes that everyone’s situation is unique to them and what worked or did not work for her or her other clients may or may not work for you, so she never pretends to act as the expert on you, only you can do that. Therefore, each of her clients receive a personalized coaching experience based solely on their own unique circumstance.

What else?

She is also a Certified Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practitioner, thought leader and trainer. She has a strong passion for providing organizations the tools to intentionally but authentically establish a more inclusive culture and educating on the biases that may keep them from attracting, retaining and advancing diversified talent.
