About the Founder

Sharon Brokenbough (MBA, ACC, SHRM-CP) has more than 25 years of expertise in operations, finance/accounting and human resources. She has served as a Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Human Resource Director and Executive Coach which has allowed her to see the pitfalls that organizations face when human resources functions and management strategies fail. Throughout her career, “Coach Sharon’s” office has been a safe place to receive counsel and support. These countless conversations, and a desire to help organizations and professionals without the limitations of corporate bureaucracy, led to the launch of ROS (Realizing Opportunities for Success) Professional Partners in 2014.

In addition to serving as Principal at ROS, she’s the newly elected Vice President at the International Coaching Federation Philadelphia Chapter and chairs the HR Committee at the Center for Advocacy for the Rights and Interests of Elders. Sharon is also a university instructor, speaker, author and holds many credentials. She’s also pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Psychology at Liberty University.

Sharon is also married with adult children, a proud Navy Mom and an ordained Deacon.
